Sanjay Jadhav spearheads the operations of Sterling Green Power Solutions Pvt Ltd, a key subsidiary of EPC conglomerate Sterling and Wilson Private Limited. He is responsible towards driving the company’s strategic vision and global operations. With a strong emphasis on technological integration, Sanjay orchestrates growth initiatives to propel SGPS to the forefront of the industry.
Having started his journey with Sterling and Wilson in 2009, Sanjay swiftly transitioned to SGPL, where he took over multifaceted responsibilities encompassing sales, marketing, projects, service, and exports. Elevating to the position of CEO in 2016, he now oversees SGPS’s entire value chain, including one of the Asia’s largest diesel generator manufacturing plant at Silvassa near Mumbai. Sanjay’s strategic leadership and his result-oriented capabilities have facilitated SGPL’s global expansion, with installations of Gensets, E-houses, and Custom-built solutions across Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. His stewardship has enabled SGPL to power some of India’s most prestigious projects, including Delhi International Airport (DIAL), Mumbai International Airport (MIAL), Delhi Metro, Bangalore Airport, SAIL, RBI DC to name a few.
Beyond his role at SGPL, Sanjay spearheads the nascent ventures of EV Charging Infrastructure and Hydrogen business lines.
Sanjay’s professional journey began at Philips India’s Lighting division in 1990, Transitioning further to General Electric (GE), he led the Lighting division before assuming leadership of the Consumer and Industrial division.
Equipped with a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Walchand Institute of Technology and an MBA from IBS, Bengaluru, Sanjay draws inspiration from the Japanese quality ethos and manufacturing processes.
Mangesh Barge heads the E-Mobility business of Sterling Green Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He is a highly versatile leader and seasoned professional with over 20 years of global experience into Automobile sector. Mangesh drives the E-Mobility division’s strategic direction, aligning operations, technology, and finance to fuel growth, foster innovation, build high-performing teams, and create a customer-centric tech brand that enhances revenue, profitability, and shareholder value.
He holds BE in Mechanical Engineering and MBA with a dual specialization in Marketing and Operations from ESSCA School of Management, France. Mangesh has also completed Advanced Strategic Leadership Program at INSEAD, France.
Prior to joining Sterling Green Power Solutions Private Ltd, he was working with Tata AutoComp. He earlier held various senior leadership roles in leading brands like VALEO, APTIV, DELPHI, etc.
